First Set of Christmas Gifts Finally Done!

Finally finished the first set of Christmas gifts for my girlfriends! Just in time for the first Christmas party of the year I attended, our Caring Group for Solo Parents.

Had fun doing these pieces especially the bracelet for Jopen for which I used matching pipe cleaners to a Dorset button. Simple and yet ingenuous! Got the idea from Martha Stewart at her tutorial for pipe cleaner ring here.

Now, if I could only find a crochet project that could be a Christmas gift for the guys :)

Project: Christmas Gift for Cha

I think I caught the Scrooge bug because it's a week from Christmas and the only gift I have bought is for my Bosses at work! Haaaayyyy...

Anyway, I started on the necklace I'm making for Cha as my surprise Christmas gift and I hope she would really like it despite the sunshiny colors I chose here. Hope she won't find it too sweet and girly for her taste
 :-)

I think I'm calling this Autumn because of the lovely colors
